How to enter the classes:

To enter one of the classes is simple.

1. Select  'Add Entry' from the menu on the left or by clicking on the class while viewing the 'Class Entry List' and click on Add Entry.
2. Enter your details in the entry form and add your photo by either uploading it from your computer or by entering the link to a photo on another website (Facebook or Flickr for example - Please ensure any Facebook images have the necessary permission to be viewed publicly in order for them to work) For photos uploaded from your computer there is a 2MB limit and they must be in JPG format.  NB: we require the address for sending out Rosettes.
3. You can enter one class with each entry, if you wish to enter the same horse/rider in additional classes please add a new entry.
   
4. Choose the Class to enter from the list of categories on the form. Expand the list of classes from the current month's schedule listing and choose the class you would like to enter.
   
5. When you have entered all the required details click on 'Send'. This uploads your entry and presents you with the Payment page. At this point your entry is submitted and awaiting approval.  Click on the PayPal image under 'I will pay by PayPal'
6. Once payment is completed you entry will be approved and added to the Class Entry listing for Judging.

That's it.....simple.
For multiple entries please repeat this process.

If you have any problems entering the form you can email us your entry/s (send to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) along with your details, including the class/s you would like to enter and we will send a PayPal invoice.
If you are a registered user you can log-in to add your entry and will be able to edit it if you wish by changing the photo, class etc.
